Comments: I want to express my highest appreciation to Dr. Kurtis Carlock of Nirschl Orthopaedics and his team who recently performed my revision hip replacement surgery at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia. Dr. Carlock and his team explained the surgical plan and addressed all our concerns clearly, thoroughly and patiently. The surgery replaced an earlier replacement (28 years ago) and did so without my experience of any pain throughout the process from beginning to the present. We take special note of Dr. Carlock’s expertise and commitment in addressing what I can only imagine could be a very difficult and complicated undertaking. He has been and remains available to us virtually at any time to discuss any matter relating to the surgery and post op issues.
