Comments: If you have hip pain or are considering hip replacement surgery, I highly recommend consulting Dr. Kurtis D. Carlock. I met with Dr. Carlock to discuss the severe pain in my hip. Following an Xray, he explained that arthritis was causing the pain but was so advanced that surgery would be the best option to remedy the issue. He explained the surgical process and what to expect in recovery. Dr. Carlock took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure. The surgery went very well, and I’m so happy that the hip pain is gone. I appreciated Dr. Carlock’s call the week following the procedure to see how I was doing.
